Testimonials

Roadside Blooms offers beautiful and whimsical arrangements that were exactly the aesthetics we were seeking for our micro wedding. They are extremely prompt and helpful in their customer service and were super accommodating to my indecisiveness! I ordered a beautiful flower crown and it really made the whole look. Couldn't have been happier and highly recommended.

Being from out of town, you are always taking risks by booking places without being able to check them out in person. Roadside Blooms was absolutely AMAZING. They were so kind, accommodating and their arrangements were BEAUTIFUL! I am so grateful they were able to not only provide the convenience of their Essentials Package for my elopement, but their ordering process was a breeze! THANK YOU Roadside Blooms! I only wish you were closer to my hometown so I could order your arrangements regularly.

Stopped in today to get my husband a little gift. The lady that helped me was so amazing. She made my rainy day, so bright. I love this shop. Definitely go there for all of your flower and plant needs.

I recently used Roadside Blooms for flowers for my graduation party, and I highly recommend! The flower choices on their website are very straight forward, and it's easy to choose your color palette. They reached out to me a few days before my event, confirmed my order, and ensured that my flowers would be delivered on time. The flowers were beautiful, delivered on time, and as just as I expected. They made the whole process so easy! 10/10 recommend Roadside Blooms!

Roadside Blooms is hands down the best florist in Charleston. They are the best I've seen anywhere. Their arrangements are so beautiful. I always send my wife a delivery from them when I'm deployed, and every time, we're amazed at what they put together. I find myself excited to see the picture of what they came up with. I think I enjoy the surprise as much as my wife does. Worth every penny.

I live out of state and ordered a delivery for my friend's birthday. There was a mix up with the delivery address, and I wouldn't have known anything was wrong if they hadn't called me. The woman I spoke to was so kind and helpful and made it so easy to fix the error. The arrangement was beautiful and was the perfect birthday touch, for a great price! Thank you for a great experience :)

I think this was the best phone order I have ever experienced with a retail store. The woman who answered the phone was SOO helpful and friendly. She gave me information I needed to place my order, but I felt like I was visiting with a friend as we did it. When the flowers were delivered, I got an email letting me know they were delivered along with a photo of the arrangement. And also I really like that the flowers are all American-grown. If I could give Roadside Blooms 10 stars, I would!

Elderberry, The Roadside Plant That Heals

Taking root along the roadside and growing out of ditches all around the Lowcountry, the American elderberry (sambucus nigra or sambucus canadensis), stands tall with its showy white lace doily-looking flowers in late spring and early summer, followed by its deep purple berry-looking fruit in late summer and early fall. This native plant may look like a nuisance weed to the passersby, but is actually an important healing plant.
